The Board would like to remind all homeowners, residents and guests of the Associationís Parking Rules. The Association has recently acquired Nordic Security Services to enforce the parking rules as well as patrol the Community. Additionally, the Board would like to remind you of a few of the rules that will result in an immediate tow, without further notification, at the vehicle owners expense: - Failure to properly display a parking permit when parked on the Associationís streets between the hours of 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM; - Vehicles left on the streets during street sweeping days and hours, which are every 3rd Thursday of the month, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; and - Vehicles parked in restricted parking areas such as along red curbs, handicapped spaces (without proper tags), etc. For a complete list of the Parking rules please refer to Section V of the Rules and Regulations. Any homeowner or resident found to be in violation will begin the Associationís Standard Violation Enforcement Procedure and may be subject to a fine and/or legal action.
